As most of my clients already know, I love to create simple protein shake recipes. Here is one I did this morning for breakfast. It was delish!!
Pina Colada Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Canned pineapple rings- You will need 3 rings
- Approx 1/2 cup of pineapple juice from the can
- Water
- 1 Scoop vanilla whey smooth protein powder (I used DotFit protein powder- see link below for product details)
- Ice
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet (huge fan of the bullet as it's easy to make single servings and provides for an easy clean up).
