Welcome to my blog! I have been thinking about creating a blog for awhile now and figured it's about time to put this into action! After having a cup of coffee with Angela Johnson, we brainstormed on a name and WA LA, here it is! I will post about fitness research, shopping, nails, kettlebells (duh), life, and will also share articles that I come across during my daily reads. I hope you all will follow along on this journey!!
